NCC is a privileged vehicle in Italy, which can enter ZTL restricted areas (historical restricted areas) in all cities throughout Italy, and can also use the exclusive bus lanes in all cities, avoiding the impact of traffic congestion on public transportation vehicles. The vehicle can park directly next to any hotel, restaurant, and scenic spot within the restricted area, and can even drive on pedestrian streets, sparing you the hardship of being exposed to the wind and sun and the fatigue of walking.

→	NCC vehicles and drivers are required by Italian law to undergo annual vehicle inspections and driver physical examinations for alcohol and drugs, ensuring safety. This significantly reduces the chances of accidents caused by vehicle malfunctions or driver physical or mental issues.

According to Italian law, NCC vehicles are required to purchase compulsory commercial insurance for vehicle passengers to ensure the personal and property safety of travelers. However, privately owned vehicles engaged in illegal operations only need to purchase compulsory traffic insurance to be allowed on the road. In the event of a traffic accident resulting in casualties among passengers, occupants in NCC vehicles can receive corresponding insurance compensation. For privately owned vehicles engaged in illegal operations, insurance companies will refuse to pay compensation due to the inconsistent purpose of vehicle use.

The Italian government exercises direct supervision over NCC through the local government, thus obtaining business licenses and operational qualifications requires service personnel to possess excellent cultural qualities. All members of the association hold at least a bachelor's degree and have extensive study and living experiences abroad. They are proficient in both English and Italian. This has a significant positive impact on customers' understanding of local European culture.
