Gender: Male, Date of Birth: May 11, 1975, Ethnicity: Han
In 2005, I went to Italy for further studies under the MARCO PAOLO program. In 2010, I started working in the tourism industry and have been engaged in the role of a Chinese tour guide for 15 years. I have successfully passed the exams to obtain the Italian tour guide and leader qualification as well as the Italian NCC operation qualification, making me a formal tourism industry practitioner in Italy. Over the past 15 years, I have mainly organized and been responsible for receiving various types of tourist groups, such as European and American Chinese groups, Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan travel groups, Southeast Asian Chinese groups, and tourist groups from Chinese Mainland, accumulating rich work experience. I am particularly skilled in receiving official and business groups. During the reception, I adjust my service approach according to the nature of different groups, providing guests with different focuses of service based on whether they are government groups, business groups, or general tourist groups. I adjust my service in a timely manner according to the preferences and habits of different guests, and have received positive feedback from them multiple times. In my work, I am able to identify problems in a timely manner and solve them appropriately. I can put myself in the guests' shoes, feel their urgency, and assist travel agencies in successfully completing reception tasks. I am warm-hearted, easy to communicate with, responsible, helpful, and have a sense of teamwork.

Work Experience

Since entering the tourism industry in 2010, I have gradually grown from a newcomer to a veteran in the field. Starting with the service of traditional tourist routes, I have gradually deepened my understanding and learning of various related knowledge, achieving transformation. Especially during the Milan World Expo in 2015, I was responsible for receiving a series of government and business delegations from Shanghai, Beijing, Shandong, Hunan, and other regions, as well as corporate business delegations. I participated in the reception work for the China Pavilion Day at the Expo and attended the opening ceremony of the China Pavilion Day hosted by Vice Premier Wang Yang. During the Expo, I received more than 20 delegations and received unanimous praise. After the pandemic, with the resumption of air routes, domestic government and business delegations increased their visits to Italy for inspection activities. I successfully completed the reception tasks for the Italian trips of leaders from provincial and ministerial-level government agencies, including the Ministry of Agriculture (Southern Europe Agricultural Inspection), the Ministry of Commerce (2024 Investment China - Italy Session), the Ministry of Finance (2025 Asian Development Bank Milan Annual Meeting), Chengdu, Xi'an, Qingdao, and other cities, and received positive feedback. As a strategic partner of Milan Fashion Week, I assisted renowned European brands such as LV, Fendi, Gucci, and other companies in successfully completing their reception tasks. During the reception of delegations, I utilized my excellent communication skills and customer service abilities to smoothly complete the tour guide and local reception work for travel social events, receiving unanimous praise from travel agencies and guests.
